Everyone is welcome, no matter your age. However, you must be at least 21 years old to check in.

You must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol.

Outside alcohol is prohibited during WXYZ Bar & Lounge business hours.

CHILDREN

If you require a pack-n-play crib for your child (under 3 years), please connect with our guest services team at the welcome desk.

Children under the age of 18 are required adult supervision at the pool table.

DEPARTURE

Check-out time is noon. We ask that you vacate your guest room by this time. Should you need to store your luggage, please connect with a member of our team at the welcome desk.

PETS

Dogs are permitted to stay at the Aloft Raleigh. We look forward to offering you a memorable stay with your furry friend. To ensure the comfort of all guests, we ask that you follow the doggy rules:

• Dogs must be under 40 pounds and no more than 2 per room

• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when on hotel grounds

• For the safety of our team members, we ask that you place the ‘Dog in Room’ sign on your guest room door when you leave your dog in the room.

• Please pick up after your pet.

• Pet fee is $75 per night.

PARKING

Parking is available at the rate of $15 per night. A Guestroom key is required to enter the covered garage on the Ground Floor. A call box is available at the gate for entry prior to check in.

QUIET HOURS

From 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM, both inside and outside, we ask that you keep the noise level to a minimum.

SMOKING

The Aloft Raleigh is 100% Non-Smoking. Smoking damage in guest rooms may incur a penalty of up to $250.
